Economics Project

The Libguide for the Econ Project is

http://mercyhs.libguides.com/econproject

I recommend starting with this Libguide, as almost all the sites on it can be accessed at school.

You will have to access the Goodwill website outside of school.

New Books! New Books!

Here's a list of some of the new books that came into the library media center this past week:

We Were Liars by E. Lockhart - "We are Sinclairs. No one is needy. No one is wrong. We live, at least in the summertime, on a private island off the coast of Massachusetts. Perhaps that is all you need to know. Except that some of us are liars." If you like suspense, you will like this book.

The Paper Magician and The Glass Magician by Charlie N. Holmberg- Recommended for readers who like fantasy.

Atlantia by Ally Condie- Ally Condie wrote The Matched series. She will be appearing at the Greater Rochester Teen Book Festival on May 18, 2015.

Blue Lily, Lily Blue by Maggie Stiefvater - This is the third book in the Raven Cycle.

Diamonds in the Rough by Michelle Madow- The second in the Secret Diamond Sisters series by Michelle Madow.

Check out more new books in the reading room!

November Contest?

I would love to have a contest in November; perhaps for another Starbucks gift card. What should the contest be? Any ideas?

Also, the library is closed tomorrow after school due to a faculty meeting.
